Return & Exchange Policy

At KVR’s Baby Land, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and exchange policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items on sale or clearance.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items or formula).
- Personal hygiene products, including diapers, undergarments, or nursing accessories.
- Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by the manufacturer.
3. Process for Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Purchases:
- Bring the item to the store along with the original receipt.
- Our staff will inspect the product to determine eligibility.
- If approved, you may choose a replacement item or receive store credit.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If the product is defective or damaged upon purchase, please notify us immediately.
- You may bring the item to the store or contact us for assistance.
- We will replace the item or offer a full refund, as appropriate.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued as store credit, cash, or back to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances.
- Allow  5-7 business days for processing refunds.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or receive store credit.
